*This person will be responsible for compliance with parade regulations; will be required to check in at parade registration area (Pook Bear Restaurant parking lot, corner of Persimmon Avenue and Historic Goldsboro Boulevard) by 9:30 AM day of event; will be responsible for briefing all their participants of safety regulations; and handle the overall coordination of their entry.
